Before I even got into mixology, two of my go-to drinks to accompany popcorn and a movie were Crown Royal/ginger ale and Hennessy/ginger ale. I think I will have to add this into the rotation - made with Old Forester rye and Canada Dry and it's delicious.

Dad's Hat pretty much overpowers the Fever Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Ale... That rye does work wonders with Fever Tree Ginger Beer though. A little more sweet and spice required.

This highball is more tasteful than It looks. Not for people with a sweet tooth though.

Just drinking one right now (with James e pepper 1776 rye barrel proof and fever tree ginger beer). Fantastic, spicy, complex and huge coctail.

Is this the right photo? "Serve in a Collins glass [..] into ice-filled glass", yet I see a coupe. :)

Hi Chris, oops, no that's not the right photo, many thanks for spotting it. It should be served in an ice-filled Collins glass...we'll be adding this to our next photoshoot.
