How to make:

STIR first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with beer.

1 1/2 fl oz Cacao & coffee spiced rum
1/3 fl oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
1/6 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
2 2/3 fl oz Barrel aged red beer
