1⁄3 oz | Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry |
1⁄6 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
2 2⁄3 oz | Barrel aged red beer |
Garnish: Orange zest twist
STIR first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with beer.
