How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass pre-charged with prosecco.

2 fl oz Martinique V.S.O.P rum
1 fl oz Averna Amaro
1/4 fl oz Pimento dram liqueur
3/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)
1 1/2 fl oz Prosecco sparkling wine
