How to make:
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. POUR berry liqueur into the centre of drink to form a sunrise effect.
|1 1⁄2 fl oz||Berneroy Fine Calvados|
|3⁄4 fl oz||Fresh pressed pineapple juice|
|1⁄4 fl oz||Freshly squeezed orange juice|
|1⁄6 fl oz||Cinnamon sugar syrup|
|1⁄3 fl oz||Black raspberry liqueur|

Apple brandy, pineapple and orange with a hint of cinnamon and a blast of berry fruit. Sounds sweet and fruity but this cocktail is spirituous and complex.
