Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:

2 fresh	Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
1 1⁄2 fl oz	Raspberry flavoured vodka
1⁄6 fl oz	Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
1⁄3 fl oz	Monin Strawberry Syrup
1⁄2 fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄12 fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
2. RIM glass with sugar (moisten the outside edge with lemon or orange juice and dip into sugar).
3. Prepare garnish of heart-shaped strawberry slice.

How to make:

4. MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
5. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

7. Garnish with strawberry slice on rim.
