How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
RIM glass with sugar (moisten the outside edge with lemon or orange juice and dip into sugar).
Prepare garnish of heart-shaped strawberry slice.

Method

MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

Garnish with strawberry slice on rim.

Gorgeous red colour and lovely straw/berry taste with subtle lemon and spice. A sweet drink (deceptively so!) perfect for Valentine’s Day and other romantic occasions.
