Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
1 2⁄3 oz | Cacao & coffee spiced rum |
1⁄3 oz | Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur |
1⁄3 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
1 2⁄3 oz | Dunkel / dark / black lager |
1 2⁄3 oz | Thomas Henry Ginger Beer |
Garnish: Orange zest twist
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with beer and ginger beer and briefly stir.
