Adapted from a recipe created in 2019 by Dinos Constantinides at Lost + Found, Nicosia, Cyprus. Dinos original recipe calls for "Grandpa's Lemonade" made using a Thermomix (which we simplified by instead using with lemon juice and sugar syrup).
