Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 13 oz Cacao & coffee spiced rum
23 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
23 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
1 barspoon Orange marmalade
1 pinch Chili flakes /red pepper flakes
2 dash Chocolate bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dehydrated orange wheel slice.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel slice.

This is the best cocktail I've found for Black Tears so far. Brings out the chocolate and coffee notes, and has a great balance between fruit and spice. Do think it needs a good vermouth - Strucchi rosso works perfectly.
