How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- RINSE chilled glass with absinthe (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.
- STIR other ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.
- EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2019 by Måns Dahlman at the Papillon Bar, Bank Hotel in Stockholm, Sweden. Måns' particularly specifies that his cocktail is stirred rather than shaken, and his preference is for Fortaleza Reposado Tequila.
