How to make:
RINSE chilled glass with absinthe and discard. STIR other ingredients with ice and strain into chilled, absinthe-rinsed glass.

| 1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |

History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2019 by Måns Dahlman at the Papillon Bar, Bank Hotel in Stockholm, Sweden. Måns' particularly specifies that his drink is stirred rather than shaken and his preference is for Fortaleza reposado tequila.
