Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
1 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
2 dash Peach bitters optional
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of sink three almonds.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Almond-inspired (hence the orgeat) with hints of apple and lemon juice. For a more full-on almond-flavoured alternative perhaps try my own Almond Martini.

Strange one, this. Felt more like an apple-tini than anything else. I didn't get much of the orgeat I just made, so was quite disappointed.
