Ingredients:
1 oz Rutte Old Simon Genever
56 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
56 oz Pear juice (freshly pressed)
12 oz Verjuice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS flamed orange zest twist over cocktail, then use as garnish.

Sounds like a delightful combination. The review mentions Irish whisky, but it doesn't appear in the recipe - is this an error with the former or latter?
