Serve in a Collins glass
1 1⁄2 oz | Cacao & coffee spiced rum |
1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄12 oz | Monin Green Mint Syrup |
1⁄12 oz | Monin Ginger Syrup |
1⁄12 oz | Lemongrass syrup |
3⁄4 oz | Thomas Henry Ginger Ale |
3⁄4 oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale and soda. Alternatively, rather than the trio of sugar syrups, the original recipe calls for 15ml of Green syrup made by simmering mint, ginger and lemongrass in water, then straining out the herbs and adding equal parts sugar.
Yellow with a tinge to green but herbal non-the-less with coffee and chocolate.
