Ingredients:
1 12 oz Cacao & coffee spiced rum
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
112 oz Monin Green Mint Syrup
112 oz Monin Ginger Syrup
112 oz Lemongrass syrup
34 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Ale
34 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale and soda. Alternatively, rather than the trio of sugar syrups, the original recipe calls for 15ml of Green syrup made by simmering mint, ginger and lemongrass in water, then straining out the herbs and adding equal parts sugar.
