Serve in a Rocks glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Tanqueray No. Ten
45 ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
45 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
30 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
