2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe
12 oz Single cream/half-and-half
12 oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry & mint sprig.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
