How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
2/3 fl oz | Americano Bianco |
1/6 fl oz | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |

On the dry side of bittersweet. As the name suggests this is intended to be drunk as the first aperitivo of the week, preferably accompanied by olives.
