Review:

Given the slug of aromatic bitters in the recipe, it's not surprising that this riff on a Negroni packs a whack of bitters. However, that whack is subtler and a good deal more enjoyable than you might anticipate.

Tried Anders Ericksons version with 4.5cl Cocchi vermouth Di Torino and it's absolutely fantastic!

Very good, only that the bitters take all over. it's obvious that it tastes more complex than just bitters, but it's difficult to taste the contribution of the other ingredients.

This is lovely!

Alongside the Trinidad Sour, I am becoming a fan of the Angostura Bitters heavy cocktail.

listen, i appreciate angostura bitters as much as the next person, but the angostura sour was way too much for me.

this, however... this was surprisingly approachable. i found it benefited from a looong stir, though
