Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
22.5 ml Bigallet China China Amer
15 ml Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
2 dash Bob's Chocolate bitters
7.5 ml Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
