How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Old Tom gin|
|2/3 fl oz||Giffard Abricot du Roussillon|
|1/3 fl oz||Peachtree peach schnapps|
|1/2 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|3 dash||Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters|

This follows the classic gin and sour lime sweetened and flavoured by apricot brandy but with extra-fruity freshness courtesy of a splash of peach schnapps. Generous use of bitters keeps that fruitiness in check.
