| 45 ml | Absolut Pears Vodka |
| 15 ml | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
| 22.5 ml | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 2 barspoon | Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar (white) |
