Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon whiskey
12 oz Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
56 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Express orange zest twist over cocktail and discard. Garnish with maraschino cherry.

Quite sharp…I used The Bitter Truth Orange Bitters and would dial two dashes to one dash.

A spoonful of Luxardo cherry juice improved this IMHO.

I think i prefer dry vermouth over rosso with bourbon .....or maybe not
