Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
22.5 ml Aquafaba or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Vegan egg white alternative
1 pinch Salt (sea salt)
6 drop Angostura Aromatic Bitters
