| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 22.5 ml | Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup |
| 22.5 ml | Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| 1 pinch | Salt (sea salt) |
| 6 drop | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
