Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Cachaça
56 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1 13 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

This was fantastic with Novo Fogo, Luxardo Triplum, Ocean Spray cranberry (unsweetened, 40 ml), 2:1 cane syrup (5 ml).

Very interesting variation of the Cosmo. Love the raw hints from the Cachaça. Does not have the Cachaça edge as some other cocktails. Loved it.
