2 oz | Cachaça |
2 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
1 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
3⁄4 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
Garnish: Lime zest twist (discarded) & lime wedge
MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Serve with straws.
