Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
45 ml Hendrick's Gin
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
45 ml Blossoms Passionfruit Syrup
15 ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
15 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
100 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
