60 ml | Daffy's Small Batch Premium Gin |
30 ml | Giffard Crème de Framboise |
20 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
2 barspoon | Demerara / dark Muscovado / brown sugar |
60 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
1 fresh | Raspberries |
