Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Daffy's Small Batch Premium Gin
30 ml Giffard Crème de Framboise
20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 barspoon Demerara / dark Muscovado / brown sugar
60 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
1 fresh Raspberries
