Serve in an Absinthe glass or old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
10 ml Navy rum (ideally 54.5% alc./vol.)
5 ml Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
