Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Ketel One Vodka
15 ml Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
7.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
30 ml Lillet Blanc
12 barspoon Raspberry jam
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
