Serve in an Absinthe glass or old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
2 whole Sugar cube (white)
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 Splash Carbonated/Sparkling/Selzer mineral water
30 ml Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
60 ml Rye whiskey (90-98 proof) 45-49% alc./vol.)
