Garnish:
Lemon zest twist (discarded) & float 3 coffee beans on surface of drink
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Gold rum (1-3 years old mellow light) |
1 fl oz | Espresso coffee (freshly made & hot) |
2/3 fl oz | Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur |
2 dash | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

Review:
Naturally, this also works well with well-aged rums, but I prefer the cleaner bite of a rum with a mere three years or so age in this delicious cocktail.
Variant:
With sugar syrup rather than coffee liqueur this is an Espresso Daiquiri and based on tequila this is becomes a Jalisco Espresso
