| 30 ml | Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur |
| 30 ml | White crème de cacao liqueur |
| 45 ml | Single cream/half-and-half |
| 45 ml | Milk (semi-skimmed/2% fat) |
| 1⁄2 fresh | Banana (preferably overripe) |
| 45 ml | Plantation 3 Stars rum |
