| 45 ml | Blended Scotch whisky |
| 30 ml | Belle de Brillet pear liqueur |
| 30 ml | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
| 7.5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 90 ml | Pear juice (freshly pressed) |
