Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Plymouth Navy Strength gin
15 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
30 ml Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc)
6 unit Mint leaves
3 unit Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
