| 50 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 12.5 ml | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
| 80 ml | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
| 1 pinch | Cinnamon powder (ground) |
