Serve in a Rocks glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Rye whiskey (80-88 proof) 40-44% alc./vol.
22.5 ml Amaro Braulio
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
30 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
