Gerardo's Pisco Sour (Traditional Recipe)

Serve in a Goblet glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
90 ml BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
22.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
30 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
