| 20 ml | Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup |
| 20 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 5 ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 4 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
| 5 leaf | Basil leaves |
| 10 ml | Egg white |
