Carda-rye Sour

Serve in a Rocks glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Lot 40 rye whisky
30 ml Cardamaro vermouth amaro
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
