7 fresh Mint leaves
shot Green Chartreuse liqueur
1 shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
¾ shot Freshly squeezed lime juice
Top up with Soda (club soda)

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker. Add next 3 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glasses. TOP with soda, stir and serve with straws.

Mint sprig
