How to make:
Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker. Add next 3 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glasses. TOP with soda, stir and serve with straws.
|7 fresh||Mint leaves|
|1 1/2 fl oz||Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)|
|1 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)|
|3/4 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|Top up with||Thomas Henry Soda Water|
