Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
7 fresh Mint leaves
1 12 oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
1 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.
  3. Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
  4. Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  6. TOP with soda and briefly stir.
  7. Serve with a straw.

Certainly tasty but a bit too sweet. Might experiment with genepy rather than chartreuse.
