How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker. Add next 3 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glasses. TOP with soda, stir and serve with straws.

7 fresh Mint leaves
1 1/2 fl oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
1 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
3/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
