Ingredients:
1 23 oz Absolut Lime Vodka from freezer
13 oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
12 oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth chilled
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint leaf, lemon and lime zest twists.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon and lime zest twists over cocktail and discard.
  6. Garnish with mint leaf floated on the cocktail or pegged/stuck with spot of honey to the rim.

Meh! On the plus side it did help to use up some of the Lime Vodka (stick to the Lemon). Tastes as expected, weak, thin, lacking character, like so many people. (and yes, I am drinking in the afternoon)
