12 oz Punt E Mes vermouth amaro
14 oz Ginger cordial (non-alcoholic)
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 12 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Beer chilled

How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger beer.

Flavorful, spicy and refreshing. The vermouth delivers the bitterness and warmth for a gentle touch of complexity. Very well balanced. I recommend using a not too sweet cordial.
