Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
14 oz Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne
1 oz Pineapple juice
12 oz Single cream/half-and-half
12 oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare seasonal berries for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with seasonal berries.

History:

The signature drink at El Estribo, Mexico City, which sadly closed in 2005. The drink and this once legendary tequila bar's name 'estribo' is used to say "one for the road" in Mexico... before you get into the stirrups and ride away.
