I made it again with vanilla vodka. Pretty much the same in terms of taste, with the extra tiniest hint of of vanilla. Pretty good, if uninteresting.

Made it to the original recipe, but I used less ice (our ice cream was very frosty, so I thought it'd be fine) and as a result, it was quite heady. The coffee and whiskey of the Bailey's shined through even more, unfortunately not in the most appealing way. For some others though, this may be the best 'basic' Irish Cream-Kahlua dessert drinks.

We were looking for a late night desert. We are not a big fan of Baileys so substituted Borgata Chocolate & Orange liqueur. Very tasty be careful of the ice cream headache. My wife is done with hers I’m not half way yet.
The deep chocolate in the Borgata is very satisfying
