Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
12.5 ml Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
6 drop Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
20 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
52.5 ml Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
