20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
6 drop | Orange blossom water / Orange flower water |
20 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
52.5 ml | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
