| 15 ml | Mastiha liqueur |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 12.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 20 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| 2 barspoon | Yoghurt (natural) |
| 100 ml | Soda (club soda) water |
