15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |

12.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
20 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
2 barspoon | Yoghurt (natural) |
100 ml | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
