Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Havana Club Puerto Rican Rum
15 ml Aperol Aperitivo
30 ml Pineapple juice
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
1 fresh Egg white
3 drop Angostura Aromatic Bitters
