Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
56 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
56 oz Italicus liqueur
4 oz Mediterranean tonic water
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare rosemary sprig for garnish.
  3. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. Briefly STIR.
  5. Garnish with rosemary sprig.

For the complete "on the Med" experience, you may want to use a Mediterranean-style gin, but we prefer a London dry style so perhaps making this a Brit On The Med.

This is my first use of Italicus. The bergamot adds a nice subtle Earl Grey flavor to the G&T.
