| 15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 15 ml | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
| 60 ml | Matusalem Platino Rum |
| 5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 5 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
