Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
20 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
50 ml BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
3 drop Angostura Aromatic Bitters
15 ml Egg white
