Serve in a Wine glass

Ingredients:
3 oz Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit soda
1 12 oz Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
1 oz Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Wine glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pink grapefruit wedge.
  3. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. Briefly STIR.

100 ml Three cents grapefruit soda
40 ml Prosecco

Made a large jug - it didn’t last very long!
Used Fever Tree pink grapefruit soda.
A really refreshing and ‘summery’ twist on a normal Aperol spritz.
Will definitely be making this again
