I really enjoy Bailey's cocktails this time of year with International Incident being my usual go-to (even if it's not exactly great for my diet). Noticed this with both Bailey's and Frangelico so thought it deserved a go... glad I tried it, a really enjoyable cocktail for an autumn/winter evening!

A really memorable cream cocktail - raspberry, chocolate, coffee and hazelnut and cream are in there to create a winning combination. The fun of a cream cocktail plus the cerebral complexity of all those distinctive flavours. Assuredly one I will return to.

I adore this cocktail, it’s got Baileys, it’s got cream, it has complexity in raspberries, chocolate and nutty notes - my favourite creamy cocktail ?
